We centrally operate from its central office at Anamnagar Kathmandu and its policy level interventions are primarily focused in Kathmandu and Lalitpur districts. We have been working in various strategic locations round the nation. In 2012, PNCC expanded its institutional landscape and now has seven Migrant Resource Centers in different districts of Nepal namely, Chitwan, Jhapa, Kanchanpur, Mahottari, Makwanpur, Palpa and Rukum. Similarly, we backstop two migration information center in Sarlahi and Khotang districts under Safer Migration (SaMi)/HELVETAS project.
PNCC has wide spread networks of Nepalese migrant workers and Diaspora in the destination countries, specifically in Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the U.A.E. In 2012, PNCC started working from Doha, Qatar through an outreach center for providing facilitation services on access to legal aid to distressed Nepalese migrant workers.
The PNCC uses its extensive networks for the implementation of its intervention. It has an extensive network in Nepal, established by its working areas and institutional landscape. Along with that, the PNCC uses its networks and Diaspora in the GCC countries including Malaysia and other countries like Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Jordan and South Korea for required coordination for interventions.
The PNCC has a wide reach in social media and new media such as Facebook, Twitter, blog, and website and serve list of emails. Its partnership with various national and international government and non-government organizations also ascertain the means of effective coordination.
PNCC uses its network especially to protect rights and interest of Nepalese migrant workers. PNCC has network of Nepalese migrant workers in GCC countries viz. Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, the U.A.E and in Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia and South Korea. PNCC also works Nepalese diplomatic missions and Diasporas in the above mentioned countries.
